Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your brew, but if our blends don't suit your sass, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened products. Because of the food-grade nature of our tea, we cannot accept returns on opened pouches, but we’ll always work to make it right.

Return Process

    Check Your Stash

    Ensure your tea is unopened and in its original packaging. For safety reasons, we can only process returns for food items that remain sealed.

  • 2.
    Contact the Complaints Dept

    Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you're ghosting your tea so we can provide a return authorization.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Pack your items securely and send them back to our warehouse using the provided shipping label or your preferred carrier.

  • 4.
    Get Your Refund

    Once our team inspects the goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees, within 5-7 business days.
