How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your tea is on its way.
Do your teas contain caffeine?
We offer a variety of caffeinated and caffeine-free options. Each product page clearly lists the caffeine level so you can choose a high-octane black tea for mornings or a soothing herbal blend for bedtime.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team within 30 days and we will make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast to get your tea to you. If you need to change or cancel an order, please email us within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has moved to our fulfillment center, we are unable to make further changes.
